Reserved a car online with refundable…
Reserved a car online with refundable deposit on the 5th June. Upon seeing the car and experiencing the very hard sell tactics about which finance to opt for, I decided against purchasing the car and went elsewhere. I was assured my deposit would be refunded. It is now almost 2 months later and I have yet to receive this back after multiple requests to the branch to which I am told it will be in my account within 3-5 days. Completely untrustworthy, and I wonder how many others don't receive their deposit back.

Quick friendly service
Enquired about a used car and was put touch with Nicole at the Aberdeen Dacia branch. She kept me fully up to date with the status of the car. When NIcole was on days off Lewis took over and was very helpful and patient while I viewed the car. Within the next couple of days Nicole and Lewis were able to get everything in place for me picking up my car 3 days after viewing. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, never once did I feel pressured to make any decisions and they made the whole process very easy.
