Easy to deal with.
The team is very professional and friendly. We dealt with Scott Arthur who helped us with the purchase of our Dacia Duster. He was very accommodating, understood our requirements perfectly and kept us informed all the way through the process.
We also had a tow bar added and the service team arranged this for us promptly and again very professional. Special mention to Kyle Tawse who also dealt with our query promptly.
Overall a good team to deal with.

Returned to John Clark to buy my 3rd car from them. Have always had great service when visited there.
We met salesman James Westwater who showed us the car we were interested in buying. He was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable could not fault him.
We had an issue with the car but James told us next time we were in Aberdeen to come to garage and he would top up the car for us.
Lovely seeing him this week and he did indeed fill up our petrol tank.
First class service as always *****

Recently came in to view a Dacia Sandero for my daughter. Salesman Allan was initially helpful but quickly became pushy and tried to get me to make a decision even after I made it clear I was only browsing.

Friendly staff
The woman on the front desk (apologies, I do not know her name) is a breath of fresh air. Very welcoming and approachable. Remembers customers and looks after them well.
Scott did his utmost to find a suitable car for me. In the end I was pleased with my purchase (test drove two cars). Scott kept in touch throughout the experience. Lovely to deal with him and would do again in the future.
I have dealt with this dealer since 2018.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased the Dacia Duster extreme and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
Staff were friendly, knowledgable and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my personal needs.
The car itself is everything I wanted and more to be honest.
Financing was straightforward and worked with me to get a great deal that suited financially.
