Not the experience we expected …
Having decided to use the PCP option for our purchase, we were very unhappy at their liaison with the finance company. Having agreed a handover time of 1pm, we agreed to visit the showroom at 11am, to provide additional proof of address. This had been requested by the finance company. After several delays, including a rejection because a document had been submitted with one digit incorrect, we eventually left with our new vehicle at 6pm. Not the new vehicle experience we were expecting.

Great customer experience from the sales team at Aberdeen, had some issues with Dacia changing the goalposts on the specs of my vehicle. The sales team took my concerns, then came up with a plan and compromise that has left me with extremely satisfied and my faith restored as a result of this exceptional

Nicole was our reprsentitive for my…disabled teenagers new car.
Nicole was our reprsentitive for my daughter raven (megans) new first car on motabillity. And from the first contact nicole did everyting in her power to get us a beautiful motsbility car witch matches our beloved astra, a none motability car witch was not really road worthy at the time. With this in mind nicole wend away to find us
a good family car automstic petrol. Witch these dsys can be in short suply as everyones going to electric. She undrerstod our persition on what we were looking for and even hsd a family car in mind for us and the car is as big inside as as our astra the boot is not as big as the astra but just what we need. Nicole kept in tuch every step of the way with NO pressure on going for there motability car. But nicole understood our situation with ravens need for a working relyible car for apointments and myself with a back that is imossible for me to even walk down to our lical shops and not phisicly get back with bags of shopping. Soon as nicole knew our situation she got the ball rolling fast for us understanding that i need a car with raven for making christmas happen. Without someone like nicole. And beleve me i tried a few untill i got a hold of her shes a credit to your company putting the needs of those who are disabled and struggling get on the road. Its been a total plesure working with her. And shes truly a lovely caring person who takes her work seriously to make sure those who are struggling no longer have to. And she never held us to keep our part of motability. She just helped us in a easy to basicly look after us. Raven my serverly disabled teenager takes a lot to feel comftable around people and she made raven feel at ease and included ravin in everything considering raven has extreme soiceal anxiaty around people in general. and she cant do that often and nicole kept her informed and spoke with her with the respect and gentleness she needs. it says a lot about nicole in your business.and i thank you for that. Raven even chatted about her later how they liked her, and how she helped us with this beautiful car witch raven loves even tho she cant drive. She can now be taken to apontments and get out of the house now and then.
I know this is a long revew but it ment so much for my disabled teenager who cant walk mutch due to reactive authritus. And as we was without a car for a couple of weeks nicole made sure it was a quick and easy for us both in a time close to christmas too. We are truly greatful. Thank you nicole
