Great experience!
Scott at Renault Dacia has been amazing. We had a change in staff member and Scott took over half way through and explained things perfectly to me if there were things I wasn’t sure about. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car as quickly as possible. Couldn’t fault it.

A really positive experience
A really positive experience trading in my car and ordering a brand new car. Stuart Thomson went through all the options available to me and then kept me informed throughout the process as my new car arrived in the UK and became ready for me to collect. This will be our family’s 6th car from this dealership.

We dealt with John from the first time…
We dealt with John from the first time we came into the show room, right through to picking up the car. He was friendly and approachable but also professional and knowledgable. He made the whole process easy to follow and helped with any questions we had. When there were delays with the vehicle, he came up with a great solution which we were so grateful for. The team can’t do enough to help me…
The team can’t do enough to help me from picking my vehicle up and delivering it back to my home. I am disabled and it’s so nice not having to struggle. The service manager phoned to reassure me that my car had been seen to and even got a complimentary health check. Keep up the good work Renault Aberdeen.

Following my Trustpilot review, I received a call from Customer Care at John Clark Specialist Cars, Aberdeen. Unfortunately I was unable to speak for very long as I was washing my elderly mother's hair. This was on 6th July. I was to be called back, I am still waiting for the call, it's almost August!
