No issues at all, great service

Quality, professional service.
Only one issue: my expectation for a standard service, booked in between 8 & 9am, was for the service to be carried out within a couple of hours, and that’s what happened on 3 previous occasions. On this occasion, I was informed that “they had a full diary, so I should get the vehicle back by the end of the day.”

Able to work at your site (SEAT/Skoda Aberdeen) with coffee whilst the car was MOT'd. Fixed the airbag alarm on the day.

Whole experience entirely satisfactory as usual. Car valeted on return. Lift from garage back home and pick-up when car was ready for collection. Was kept fully informed throughout by phone and texts. Staff friendly and efficient.

Staff excellent when dropping vehicle off for service and MOT at 8am. Kept updated on progress via text and telephone. All done and vehicle ready for collection at lunchtime. Great service all round. Thankyou.

Have been a customer of John Clark BMW for a number of years now and have always found them to be helpful. For my most recent experience they kept me up to date regarding the delivery of my vehicle.

I am so disappointed. In February 2021 I treated myself to a new car from John Clark seat branch in Aberdeen. All was great my car got delivered to my house and I loved it the customer service was fantastic. Until 5 days later my breaks started squeaking when in use. It would make a high pitched screech. I then contacted the gentleman who sold me the car and he said as I was clearly still in my warranty they will get me booked into a garage to get it fixed. That was great. Until I heard nothing back from anyone. I sent over 15 emails and called numerous times to eventually get through to someone to be informed that the gentleman who sold me the car no longer worked at the branch. So I then contacted another advisor who picked up the case for me. Again, countless emails later and no further forward. Now we are in November 9 and a half months since I bought the car and I was informed that I was getting a call from a garage near my home to take my car. No call, shock. The last I heard from anyone from John Clark was January. I have emailed a ridiculous amount of times and tried to call and not get through. I have all of my emails from 3 different advisors and I am disgusted that I have still not even had my breaks looked at. The customer service was great but the after care is shocking. I am currently paying for a car that is clearly faulty. If anyone could advice me on what to do that would be great. I done everything by the book, was well within my warranty when I initially complained about this. I am so so disappointed
