Picked up my new car today and I have to say that Finlay looked after me from the first meeting last Saturday when I enquired about a car I had seen online. Nothing's any bother, he was patient and helpful and actually went above and beyond with all the paperwork helping me and explaining everything. A really nice genuine young man. Thanx also to Darryl who provided a nice easy atmosphere too!! 😊

Shower of rubbish bought a 4 year old car which had been polished up to the max very badly to hide a very badly chipped bonnet and bumper and they are refusing to do acknowledge it and basically aren't interested they take your money and then don't give a dam poor poor customer service avoid

The staff are very helpful and clear about what is happening during service and maintenance of my car and have kept me updated every step of the way.

This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealership, so I will not hide I had my fears and doubts at the beginning. However, Finlay made me feel comfortable and took me step by step during the process. I had an idea of what car I wanted (Mercedes) and he was really knowledgeable when speaking about the different model with pro and cons. He also showed me different similar option/brand to make sure I had all information before to make the right choice. I had my car for a week now and I love it. I have dreamed a car like this for ages. The price is amazing and definitely in my budget and I never felt pushed to buy something too expensive. He answered all question professionally about finance, pro and cons of PCP, HP and loan etc... Great experience. Highly reccomended.

Visited the dealership with a good idea of what I was after, having seen the car on the website.
Finlay offered information on the vehicle without hovering around.
Was happy that there was no hard sell on the extras.
I particularly liked there was no fake "I'll speak to to the manager" drama, and we settled on the price.
Excellent communication on the status of the car going through prep, and so far I am happy with my purchase.

Couldn't have had a better experience buying from John Clark in Perth. Salesman Finlay was fantastic, in particular the personal video of the car was a great touch and something I've told a few folk about. My partner also commented on the fact Finlay spoke to both of us and not just me (marked contrast to the experience we'd had at another dealer a couple of days previous). Test drive and sales chat was also great, big help with my traded in car as well. Great communication all the way through and presentation of the car on collection day was great, all little things like alloys etc picked up and looking great. We had a couple of small issues shortly after and Finlay got me booked in really quick and everything sorted with no hassle. Would recommend Finlay and the rest of the sales team at John Clark to anyone looking for a car.

What went over and above was, that I was travelling from over 100 miles away by train and he offered to pick me up from the train station. Very thankful. I have been looking for a particular BMW Z4 model and found one on-line in Perth ( I live in Lancaster, over 200 miles away ) and initially spoke to a salesman named Finlay Pass. I have never spoken to such an engaging, professional young man in the motor trade ( previous Reviews says he is a young man! ). No sales pressure when tasked with providing details of the car, comprehensive knowledge of the product combined with a personalised video of the vehicle via email. He went far beyond my expectations, even to the extent of looking at train details to get me to Perth from Lancaster and offering to collect me at the station!! I bet if I had bought the car he would have even delivered it for me to my home! In the event, I did not purchase the car as my wife would have liked a red leather interior as opposed to black. Overall though the car was everything I wanted at a very fair price. My small reservation deposit was promptly returned with no ill grace. Many thanks Finlay. I enquired about a car I liked via email I got a phone call back from Finlay pass I explained that I stayed over 2 hours from Perth so he made a video for me all about the car.I really liked the car and agreed to travel to Perth on my day off from work to view the car I was very impressed with the car and bought the car and used my old car as a trade in .As I stayed over 2 hours from Perth Finlay agreed to meet me halfway with the change over but to my surprise on the day of the change over Finlay phoned me and said he would come straight to my house with my car I was very impressed with the service I received from motorchoice in Perth especially Finlay thanks again for your help and I’m very happy with my new car

Finlay Pass at the Perth store has been upfront, honest and proactive in our car search. When the car we thought we wanted wasn’t suitable, Finlay was quick to suggest an alternative and although we don’t even yet have deal closed, I’d really recommend Finlay for his personable and professional approach - so much so I’ve already told his boss he needs a raise.
