Great staff at the Elgin branch as ever, friendly and helpful, kept informed ref progress on the vehicle recall work.
They would have had it cleaned and valeted while it was in but i waived that as its a workhorse not a show pony. Never had a bad experience in 10 years.

Replacement wheels and winter tyres…
Replacement wheels and winter tyres were all put on the wrong way around......had to travel for 1 hour to return there and 1 hour back and got £40 of fuel... SM was very apologetic, but still....

A lovely welcome from the receptionist as she opened the door at 8am followed by a really slick handover of my car, the offer of a coffee and as arranged a lift to work. Such a great wee team and I enjoyed the chat with the driver. He was so positive about the company and picked me up at a time I could manage between meetings. How a landrover dealership should be…
A simple efficient and easy transaction. I drive for 90 mins either way to use Pentland. I think that says it all. The way a landrover dealer should be . Streets ahead of the service I have received elsewhere.
