From start to Finnish I had a fantastic experience with John Clark motor group. I dealt with Chris Thompson. From start to finish he made the process so smooth. Everything I asked he was on hand to provide. Due to my location it was all by phone and email. The car I purchased was absolutely spot on. Thanks again Chris for all your help.

Well, where do I start. Was charged for 2 hours work to diagnose a fault with my discovery sport and when they didn't find the fault withing the 2 hours I was told to just drive it till it breaks down again. Now my wife and son are scared to go in the car incase it breaks down on a motorway and they are left alone.
Charged £357.60 for 2 hours work. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Staff couldn't tell me what a rattling noise from the engine was. All in it was shocking service and would definitely avoid.

I give 5 stars for the outstanding assistance in the service department who fought my corner with the warranty covering my cars fault and resolved the problem. Work was then carried out promptly.

When offered a new car I had to buy unwanted extras worth about £4,000 or I couldn’t have the vehicle. As a loyal customer for over 20 years I felt totally unappreciated. John Clark Group showed how greedy they are, maximum profit before customers

Seen brand new range rover evoque on auto trader phoned for details given part ex price and balance to pay I asked for video and this was sent in detail agreed balance paid £ 1000 to hold car told l could pick up Thursday many thanks for your business hour later phone call sorry can't have that car getting you another why that one's got rubber mats and mud flaps fitted and it's for display only so you've advertised a car sent me details taken money arranged pickup time now I'm been told can't have it what a way to do business absolutely disgusting

A good service all round and made the purchase of the car very simple and straight forward, highly recommended.

Non transparent. Over promise and under deliver. No empathy from the services staff. Our car was towed into the dealership on the 10th March and we are still awaiting the outcome of the diagnostics on the 15th March and an assessor before we can get a hire car. Not even sure if the diagnostic report has been sent to extended warranty yet. We have been told it's likely it will be next week before we will get a hire car. 10 days after it went in. We have only the 1 car, 2 kids who need to get to school 1 mile away in terrible weather and our work has been disrupted as a result. No initiative to provide any updates. We have had to go chasing. Appalling service and its put me off ever dealing with John Clark again.

I have just taken delivery of my BMW M4 and the whole experience was an absolute delight. I first saw the car on Autotrader, made contact and Chris (Sales Executive) sent me a really professional personalised video of the car, both inside and out, all within half an hour!
I went ahead and decided to buy, and their online purchase portal is fantastic to use. Any deposits, documents to sign, warranty documents, sales invoices and additional cover purchased all appear within the portal. When I changed my mind about the odd thing, it was never a problem and I also received very helpful advise on how to keep my road tax down to a minimum (as the car was still subject to the additional rate). Email communication during the whole process was also first class.
I live near London and the car needed transporting down to me. Chris sent me a video of the car, just before it was loaded on the transporter, and delivery was seamless.
I cannot speak highly enough about my whole experience. Thanks Chris (and the team).

They seem far more interested in getting your cash than delivering a good service. Long story, this is my 5th Land Rover but 1st through this dealer. Worst service I have experienced

I am a repeat customer and I found Jack (sales in Stirling) to do something lots in car sales don’t do. He listened to and filled my requirements in a new vehicle. He was very knowledgable and I was happy with the vehicle after my test drive. I am now looking for a change of vehicle for my wife.

Great experience, attentive staff who listen to your concerns and helped navigate what is a challenging buying process at the moment (due to the chip shortages caused by the war in Ukraine).

Hi, my name is Faisal and I bought a BMW X5M from Motorchoice in Stirling. I also come up from London to purchase the vehicle.
First of all I'll start of by saying, very pleased with my purchase and really like the car/suv.

The guys (Cameron and David) at Motorchoice Stirling were brilliant, very professional and friendly. Made feel comfortable and at ease. I've bought a few motors in my time and understand the stress and anxiety that goes with it. But this time round I was made to feel at really relaxed and comfortable and stress free, and without a worry. The handling of the deal was excellent to my surprise and left me quite impressed, no hiccups or niggles either, a very smooth transition. So we'll done to Cameron and David.
Just to also add, I part exchanged my previous car, a BMW M4 convertible, and sometimes a part exchange isn't the most easiest deal to get over the line. But rest assured these guys will make it easy and relaxed for you, just like they did for me. So Excellent customer service, excellent communication, very satisfactory, highly recommended.

Sourced new Defender quicker than I expected, kept me updated on delivery, good handover with plenty of time explaining new model.
