Keep up the great CS support!
The support I have received from the Abderrahim Khadra is prompt and which contains detailed explanation, which really assisted me to purchase and activate the plan. Employees like him/her is a great asset to any organization and moreover it shows an organization's attitude towards the customers as well!
Even though the support I received over E-mail was great, I was unable to reach to a CS executive over mobile even after holding the call over 15-30 mins. That was little disappointing!

I have been using my Lycamobile sim card for almost 2 years now didn't have so much problems. But here I am again going to ask about my Lycamobile sim card. I just went abroad last week and I used my roaming data. Everything is perfect but when I was back in Austria I didn't have the signal for 2 days already. I tried to restart my phone, go to the Lycamobile application to set it up in Austria then restarted again, Changed my phone, manually changed my network. Is there anyone who can help me? We are sorry to know you are facing network issue. In this case, we request you to restart the device/handset and follow the steps below.
1. Reinsert the SIM
2. Latch in other operators (latching will be failed)
3. Please go to the Menu - > Lycamobile services / Sim toolkit - > Mode -> Manual -> National/Austria.
4. Then go to Settings -> Phone settings ->Network -> Network selection -> Manual -> Lycamobile/Network partner (A1 Telecom).
If still the issue persists, kindly follow the above steps in different handset and in outdoors. If it fails revert us with your complete address along with data and time stamp. Really bad internet speed in the evening
I live in Austria and been with Lycamobile for a while now. Internet speed is great during the day, but in the evening it's terribly slow. While at home I always use Wi-Fi but whenever I'm out or away it's a nightmare. For example, daytime download speed is 60 to 100 mbs but after 5 pm I'm lucky if I have 3 mbs, upload also very weak. I've tried different phones, same results. Don't know why the network works like that. Like many others, eventually I will end up porting my number.

I got a problem with bundle activation…
I got a problem with bundle activation which I did not know how to solve. The waiting time for online help is very short, you can get somebody to help you in a couple of minutes. I got an extremely helpful assistant Vasuki. I was guided through the process of what has to be done, my information was checked right away. So the problem was solved in a few minutes thanks to Vasuki. Great help, friendly manners.. an assistant that you need when having a problem! Keep up the good job! :)

My request wasn’t resolved
My request wasn’t resolved. I’ve sent over 15 e-mails since 22nd July and haven’t received any explications since over a month. Terrible service and no solution in place.
Despite your quick response on Trustpilot (below), no transfer has ever been done on my account from Lycamobile. I have just checked it.
Still awaiting for solution....
