More simple for you but more complicated for us
Go back to paper insurance certificates or make it easier to access online.its my bike and my policy but I have no idea when it starts or finishes and can’t seem to sign in anywhere.how would I anyway if there’s no email with a policy number on it.

Not learning from their mistakes!
Been with this company for years and for the second year in a row when I called the number given on the renewal letter the person answering couldn't see my policy on their system. It seems my policy is with their "OGI" team who have no direct contact number so it's luck of the draw if you get hold of a person with access to that system! My renewal date was yesterday but I got a message to say they now don't open on a Sunday, this means I might have to get a brand new quote. There's zero mention on the renewal letter that the office is closed on Sundays . Now awaiting a callback from the OGI team ( last year it took a long time).
****Edit 1515**** over 3 hours later and no calls. Spoke to someone called Sean at 1310 who said he's get OGI lead Chloe to call me back when she's back from lunch, over 2 hours later no call. If I'm having this much trouble trying to renew imagine how much aggro you'd have making a claim!Also it mentions below to contact Carol Nash, there's zero mention of Carol Nash on any of my paperwork 🤷🏻♂️***Edit 1640*** As no one called back I've now gone to Swinton who using the same Aegus Optima policy have bettered my original quote.

I'm also very pleased with this company for insuring my two motorcycles, with options,ie like Breakdown Cover, which i have used once when i had a puncture, very efficient. Payment Error (Even though money is pending in bank detail) Ref: 678-2D5-CB5
I tried to purchase an insurance and paid for it. However, it came up with an error message (Sorry, an error occurred) once I paid for it. I read previous review and someone had exactly the same issue few days ago. So I checked my bank details the money was pending for payment.
Once I manage to Chat with an operator it was confirmed that transaction went through even though the error message said something different. At least someone needs to look into the payment issue.

Attempted to purchase bike insurance…
Attempted to purchase bike insurance online twice for the following day.
Both times got an error message saying payment not processed.
Called MH following day and operator said that payment had been received the previous day and I would get a response soon.
So, payment taken but no email or other response from MH to show that I now had an insurance policy in place even though the policy had started, I.e. I was paying for something but wasn't aware of it and had no evidence to show police or another if stopped, so couldn't use the insurance I have paid for.
Only sorted after then tried again to get a copy of the document later in the day via the chat app because nothing had been sent after my first phone call.
Very poor systems and I am genuinely nervous about what your response will be like in the event I need to make a claim
