Another renewal with a good price & cover
Decided to have another year of cover with MH as was cheaper than last year and felt it was a great price. Dont know how a claim would work out but...breakdown cover and recovery worked as adverised :-)

Not there when we needed them.
My brother and I had taken out policies with Mackenzie Hodgson to take advantages of their European breakdown cover for our motorcycle trip to Europe. When my brother broke down in Austria and I phoned the claims line I just was passed from pillar to post and we ended up having to rely on the good will of strangers who were excellent. MH just weren't there for us when we needed them. I'll never use them again
