We had a complex set of circumstances returning from 15 years overseas and with income streams in GBP, EURO and USD from an Annuity, a SIPP, dividends and Director Fees. We were looking to find somebody who would provide a mortgage to help fund a new home purchase. Gregor took all of this in his stride in the first meeting we had. Without any hassle, and very efficiently, he found us a bank that will do exactly what we are looking for. We would never have found them otherwise. Our adviser was really friendly and guided us calmly through our first house purchase. She made it easy for us to ask questions and clearly explained the answers. Applying for a mortgage and health insurance requires some invasive questions (we're also LGBTQ+) but our adviser always asked for information kindly and in a judgement free way. We'll absolutely ask for their advice again when we come to remortgage etc.

Really good and professional. Listened well to what was sought, found good options, made recommendation with clear explanation of pros and cons.

So worth paying a mortgage advisor like Sam, I have never used an advisor before and I am good at doing research on mortgages (I used to think!), but Sam is better. Our mortgage application was not straightforward, so her help was essential really. I would use Sam again at the drop of a hat. Brilliant, responsive service, never bamboozles with jargon, and says clearly what she knows and what she needs to go and look up or research. Very impressed. Thank you Sam and Susana! MMS made the process of getting my mortgage as painless as possible. I was always able to get someone on the phone or over email, and I had every query of concern addressed within a day or two.

Susana helped me sort out my home insurance and made the process so simple I was able to do it over email while on holiday.

This is the first time I have used a Mortgage Broker so I wasn't sure what to expect. I need not have worried, dealing with Gregor and his team was a very pleasurable experience. He interacted with us in a very professional manner, both he and his team were very customer-focused, making us feel that we were in very safe hands. Thank you to all involved.

Used them previously without issue, but now an absolute nightmare to get ahold of, after having to resort to booking in a new customer appointment to actually get ahold of someone (Gregor) things went fairly smoothly, a follow up email and an estate agent recommendation, but then back to total silence, no reply in weeks which really messed with my moving plans.
