Definitely recommend Malleney Mortgage Solutions - I wasn’t sure if I’d qualify for a mortgage due to an non-standard income source and thought if I did it would be with a specialist lender at higher rates. My and wife and I have had three occasions to use the services of Malleny Mortgage Solutions in Edinburgh and of Gregor McMeechan in particular. On each occasion the team has found an appropriate product for us in a timely, efficient and very professional manner.

Very professional staff members who respond to emails quickly. We didn't get any sense that they were trying to push particular products but instead listened to our needs and presented a range of options that met our criteria. They made it very easy to secure a mortgage that worked for us.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Malleny Mortgage Solutions. The company was recommended to me after I had a large setback in my property purchase, when a bank rejected my mortgage application. I was left hopeless and unsure if it would go ahead at all. After explaining my situation to Malleny, they assured me that they would use their resources and contacts to find me a bank willing to lend under my specific circumstances and, that they would fast track the process as much as possible since I had faced a major setback. Ingrid was the one who guided me through the process and submitted the mortgage application on my behalf. She was incredible throughout; her replies were always prompt and she explained every step in the process incredibly well. I was a first-time buyer, so this was important to me, as it made me comfortable that I knew what was happening at every stage in the process. Ingrid also organised my home insurance policy, which was another weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t recommend Malleny Mortgage Solutions enough!
