Friendly and efficient service
Gregor was very friendly and approachable in dealing with a bridging loan for us - he would always return calls on the same day and kept in touch brilliantly. Sue in the office was also great. Thank you!

The guys at Malleny delivered when I needed it
The guys at Malleny are not only experts in their field they are also decent folk who simplify and demystify the financial product and service you need to achieve your objective. Even during covid where the world is upside down they managed to wrestle the lenders to the ground and get my mortgage sorted out jumping through many more hoops that normal. Nice work !

Helpful all the way
I would highly recommend Malleny Mortgage Solutions, they helped my mum with her lifetime mortgage offer and were honest and reliable to deal with, it was a smooth process in a particularly challenging climate. They researched the market and found alternative providers when the first one fell through, I would highly recommend them.

Equity Release
We knew very little about equity release mortgages before we approached Malleny Mortgage Solutions. We were assigned an equity release specialist, Sue Balatoni, who led us through a really useful exercise of clarifying our financial objectives then describing a range of products that would achieve them. That enabled us to make a fully informed final decision. Having chosen to go with a lifetime mortgage product, Sue then explained the process and actively made sure that it progressed to completion. We were delighted with the service we got from Malleny Mortgage Solutions, and Sue in particular.

Elderly person downsizing from family home to sheltered flat
My elderly mother wanted to downsize and be able to choose where she lived before selling the home she had been in for years which would involve a bridging loan. Gregor McMeechan was so kind and sensitive with my mum, who was overwhelmed and stressed at the time, he reasured her and gave her the confidence to offer on a property. Sue Balatoni then put it all in place, she was outstanding, keeping the family updated at every stage, and went the extra mile for us.
