Cleaning team did an absolutely amazing job and Leah has been conducting viewings etc, always very quick to let us know what’s going on and haven’t had to worry or chase for anything! A Pleasant Experience!
As a 40 something who has rented my entire life I have had many experiences with rental and estate agents and don't look forward to the experience of moving house.
This time however, from the moment we first enquired, all the way through to viewings and paperwork and eventual acceptance, Camilla made the process simple; clear and easy, hands down the smoothest home rental I have ever had to do.
It's been almost six months now and there have been problems with the house, but the team at Martin & Co have been brilliant, arranging any trades we need quickly and with the minimum of fuss. They always follow up later to make sure things are fixed correctly. Brianna and her team know their stuff and take their jobs and responsibilities seriously.
If you're looking for a good rental agent or somewhere to manage or sell your properties, look no further.
