Martin & Co Bournemouth Reviews 

Very poor management of my property and not dealing with issues correctly. I would not recommend using them to manage a rental property.

We had the lovely Leah help us find our flat in March-April time. Leah was very kind and attentive. She regularly checked how we were in the process and answered all of our many many questions and worries. Leah also gave us the space to view our property and didn’t linger over us. She was so excited for us both, and we didn’t feel rushed with our viewing. This gave us the opportunity to really get a feel for the place and Leah was able to tell us anything we needed to know about it. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to find us our home. Thank you !!

Peter Hutchinson quickly found a buyer for our flat, negotiated a good price and then dealt with the process quickly and efficiently. He kept us updated at all times and was extremely helpful and professional.

The worst estate agent I have dealt with in 20 years. First, I was pushed out of the flat after three years of renting because they refused to add a six-month break clause while renewing the contract, as we had done in previous occasions, and instead they asked for a 12-month break clause. Obviously, they then put the property in the market for £175 more a month, an increase that they could have not put forward with me as a tenant. Second, they kept £310 from my deposit for cleaning a one-bedroom flat that was already cleaned. They were intransigent, rude, aggressive, and acted like thugs. The goverment should really keep an eye on how estate agents such a Martin & Co in its Bournemouth branch operate.

Camilla went above and beyond to help me find my new home. Nothing was too much. Stayed in touch all the way. Keeping me updated. Right up to me getting the keys, even tho for a week I was in Spain. Martin & Co is a must. Thanks again

Jen at Martin and co is exceptional. My car had been locked in a garage for days and no one from the garage owners would come out and fix it. I went in and spoke with Jen who was incredibly helpful and patient. Within 2 hours of seeing Jen my car was free and accessible. I really appreciated Jens work and effort to even run over the opening hours until this job was sorted. Many thanks Jen

As always, I've had great customer service from Jolene. She us polite, professional and friendly. Jolene proactively keeps me updated on all things relevant to my property. Any queries I have are answered promptly.
I would definitely recommend Jolene at Martin & Co.

Guys, Please stay away from this estate agent. They talk nicely when you come for lettings and if you want to end the tenancy, then you are gone. Forget about your deposit and they also have practice of 2 years rental agreement and they give 500 pages of booklet to sign and by the time we read and sign, you would exhaust and i had to pay 3 months rental even if you give 2 months notice upfront. So please stay away from this greedy agent.

This is a very trustworthy and friendly branch that is a pleasure to deal with. Particular thanks to Phil and Jolene for their continued help.
