Dear Todor, We are surprised to read your comments and we are sorry that you feel this way. You vacated the property some 4 months ago. We have assisted you in breaking the contract early without penalty. We ensured that the landlord gave you the right to leave as you had split up with your partner without further costs and with only one month's notice despite the fact that your agreement had a further 5 months remaining. Perhaps if you have raised your concerns at the time we would have been able to assist you? I needed to move in as quick as possible. The team did a great job in making this happen by liaising with the incumbent tenant who had already left but waiting for his contract to run out and the Landlord. They got everything ready in a week. Quite impressive.
