I dealt with Chris Hodson at Truro regarding a possible car purchase and I cannot fault the service given. Throughout Chris was very friendly and helpful and obviously knows a lot about Mercedes and could answer any questions I had immediately, which is very helpful and an area where other dealerships often fall short. Having had good service from other MB South West branches this was the first time I had contact with Truro. The service by the sales team and particularly Jonathan Whittaker was excellent. A very professional experience
We went to Mercedes Truro to look at cars and came away having bought one! Our customer care manager/salesman Jonathan Whittaker could not have been more helpful. He talked us thorough the various options, took us for a test drive, followed up on every small detail and organised the transfer of number plates. The whole experience was professional and smooth.

It was a very positive experience with my main point of contact Frazer Pritlove providing an excellent service refreshing that yes they would like you to purchase a car and provide all the information and test drives you need to make an informed decision but most importantly not having all that old school “naff” salesmen patter.
