Just the best Customer Service to be found in any car dealership. I highly recommend MB South West Truro - and I'm very grateful to Daniel Preston who made buying my first Mercedes-Benz an easy experience and has provided fantastic back-up, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I'm very happy with the GLB which has proved as good on a motorway as it is driving around locally.

Buying a new car from Mercedes-Benz Truro was a wonderful experience thanks to Jaime, our Transaction Manager. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure the experience went smoothly from start to finish. The person who dealt with the sale on your behalf was Fraser, I’d just like to say I’ve been in the automotive trade all of my life ( since 1976 ) not on the car sales side but on the chemical / oil / car care side.
I’ve owned my own company and still do since 1989, in that time I’ve dealt with many dealers, sales people, garages, motor factors and forecourts.
Fraser was exceptional to deal with and come across as extremely straight, genuine and very much customer oriented….
I don’t say any of this lightly and I’m not a person that sits down and writes revues.

With a new employee starting, it is always a hard time for a company to invest in more vehicles. After much looking around, we had gained no confidence from other companies offering vans locally. On the off chance we popped into Truro Mercedes-Benz.

Looking like a pair of tradesman, we had a warm welcome from all staff onsite who were happy to show us around and allow us to wait in the comfort area for the commercial sale representative.

From the off, Andrew was honest, answered any question thrown his way, but most of all nothing was a problem.

Once we had test driven the Vito ( for the new employee ) we discussed the terms. Once we had finally taken in all the information. The package that is offered by Mercedes-Benz cannot be rivalled, from their warranty to mot promise and the Mobilo assistance for lifetime of the van ( as long as its maintained ) As a business owner, this puts you at ease.

Following the purchase of the Vito, we were so impressed with service from Andrew and the overall package on offer from Mercedes-Benz. We began discussion to upgrade a van we already had on the road. Andrew specifically located a Sprinter with our exact requirements. Put it through the work shop and prep. For the test drive / viewing the van was driven to us. Meaning we did not loose any site time to view the van.
Our current van was taken in part-ex. Before we knew it the sprinter deal had been completed and the 2 vans have joined the fleet looking immaculate.

Would not hesitate to recommend the commercial team at Mercedes-Benz Truro, we will always return for new/upgrades due to the quality of vehicle and service.

Extremely happy with the handover of my new GLA! We have had our last vehicle for 7 years and decided a change was ready. Thank you to Leon and his Sales team of experts for their dedicated hard work through the whole process making it a smooth and wonderful change. We will be recommending you.

Excellent service throughout from Jonathan. Saw the car that I was interested in, took it for a test drive immediately and purchased the car not long after. Went above and beyond to sort all of the documents quickly meaning I was able to drive the car away within days. Many thanks again.

Although we didn’t eventually buy a car today we were impressed by the service. Frazer was friendly and knowledgeable, never pushy. He really tried to find a car to suit us. I think we might well have a GLA one day but they’re just out of our budget at the moment.

Advised by my local MB dealer to call roadside assistance , 11.15 am on a Saturday morning.
By 21.10 pm after 15 attempts and waiting on hold, gave up. So, falsely sold a car with roadside assistance, that I assume has closed down.
So no roadside assistance on a car with MB warranty!

Kevin Wharton was knowledgeable, professional, genuinely friendly and patient. Made the experience of purchasing a new Mercedes CLA a very enjoyable one. We would hope to be loyal customers to this brand having changed from Jaguars after many years.
Our first point of contact was Phil Cooper who introduced us to the model we selected. He to expressed us with his professionalism.

We had a few issues, but Dan went above and beyond to make sure that these were all resolved quickly and smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan to sort out.
