Agreed to hold the SLC while my garage was full of new bathroom hardware.

Car serviced & mot’d at Truro. Advisory was added to mot even though the work was completed to rectify it during service, so leaving a blot on mot. Also charged for bottle of screen wash with service, even though the washer bottle was full before service & bottle of screen wash wasn’t supplied on return of car. Payed a lot of money out to Mercedes main leadership ,but don’t feel happy with conclusion.

I bought a rather amazing A Class from Mercedes in Truro. I was helped all the way through by Frazer. In all my years of buying cars I have never been treated so well. All the staff were lovely, frazer especially was attentive, knowledgable and really friendly. The handover was an amazing experience, with ‘the big reveal’ even thought it was a used approved. The follow up call from Ben in servicing was appreciated and informative. Well done to the amazing team at Mercedes- Benz Truro!

Mercedes-Benz Truro provide first class customer service. I purchased a second hand Mercedes-Benz in Spring 2024 and the service from Dan Preston and the team in Truro was excellent. I recently had an issue with the car and contacted Dan and he introduced me to his colleague Mathew Blade. They addressed the issue directly and provided the perfect resolution, confirming their exceptional customer service. I should also add that I live in Scotland which is some distance from Truro but, honestly, Dan and Mat treated me as if I lived next door.

Excellent service and communications from Chelsea and the sales team and the delivery guys, Steve and John, were very good. Took all the time needed to show us round the kit and ensure we were happy with the car. Car itself was immaculate and actually felt guilty handing over the keys for our car for them to drive back….not quite as roomy!

Never received video from vehicle health check., and was not informed of charge for courtesy car until we picked up our car after service and wheel alignment. Car needed wheel alignment after driving 6000 miles. No other car I have owned has ever needed this!

I called up the Mercedes branch and was given an appointment the same day with Leon. He was friendly and helpful and I had my nice new Mercedes within 2 weeks. Any questions I had in-between the meeting and collecting the car Leon was always quick to respond and sort things out. All of the other staff in the Turo branch were friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but the mechanic forgot to put in the ad-blue and I had to drive back from North Cornwall the next day.

My wife and I left our home in East Sussex recently in order to attend a Wedding in Cornwall; it was a warm day, becoming increasingly warm, and on leaving our house the air-conditioning was not working - never happened on my GLC before. For 6 hours we travelled in 28 degrees of heat, unable to open the windows due to the effect this practice has on my hearing aids! A brief stop at M-B Truro with very warm welcome offered saw my GLC in their workshop at 10.15am next day and a full report was issued an hour later on my a/c problem; during this visit the Ad-Blue was also topped up. All of this excellent service for no charge! Thankgoodness for those M-B garages which continue to offer their excellent services as they have done over time....not all are quite so perfect today.

Excellent experience - very informative, clear and timely in responses. Very smooth transaction which involved a part exchange and swapping vehicles across at a non-home location which again which all went very smoothly. Delighted with the car. Would highly recommend.

What would have been a five star review is now a one star review! I purchased a slightly used (ten month old) MB GLA 220d 4MATIC AMG Line Premium Plus Night Edition In August 2023, from MB Truro. Having had the car for three months I noticed the car had started having some steering irregularities at low speeds. I took the car to the MB Tamworth dealership as the problem had now become an embarrassment and a concern to my wife and myself. I booked the car in and was met by the technician who said "we would take it for a drive." On the way to the car, I was told that the problem sounded like "tire jumping"! "Tire jumping" what's that, I thought. After a short drive the steering irregularity had been replicated and the "tire jumping" had been confirmed. Great I thought the car would be booked in for repairs. OH NO, there is not a fix and I would have to live with it....
I was told that if I purchased a set of winter tires that it may help a little... but not take care of the problem. (Five stars to the Tamworth dealership that diagnosed the issue and for their honesty. They told me to contact the MB Truro, where I purchased the vehicle from to relay the findings.) I was told by them nothing could be done.
I owned a MB all wheel drive for six years before purchasing this one and it was never an issue!
If I had been told about this "tire jumping/crabbing" before I purchased the vehicle I would not have purchased this model. As a result I'm stuck with a vehicle that feels unsafe and embarrassing to drive.
MB have NO PLANS for a recall and will not take responsibility for the problem.
I wouldn't expect this result from a luxury car manufacturer / dealership!
ONE star for not being upfront about the vehicle's known defect and after sales service. Any body wanting to purchase a MB GLA beware.
My next step will be to go to trading standards.

Dan was great from start to finish. I enquired on a car one evening and the next day Dan was in contact and had sent across a thorough video walk around of the vehicle. Everything was clear in my first appointment in the showroom and the car was ready for me to test drive if I wanted to. Communication was excellent leading up to handover and the car was in excellent condition ready for me to drive away. A seamless and stress free process!
