We have had the pleasure now of ordering Kettler garden furniture through this amazing and extremely professional and friendly run family business on two separate occasions. The first was during Covid and the second more recently when the storms damaged our outside table. Jemma and her family provide a first class service to their customers from a pricing prospective, delivery and after sales service. They really care about their customers, which I have to say is becoming more unusual day by day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for garden furniture. We ordered a Desser 6 piece set of conservatory furniture from this family company ,we had first class service throughout ,Jemma was very knowledgeable and helpful ,delivery just over a week later ,by Rory and Brian who could nt have been more helpful.

Just taken delivery of my second order from Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture, with additional pieces now added to a conservatory seating set which was initially purchased from them last year.

The most professional service I’ve received in a long time. We visited the warehouse on Saturday and was met with such a friendly greeting. No pressure sales but informative and genuine conversation about our requirements. We received our delivery today and again was met with helpful service along with quality products. Father and son assembled my order in my rear garden and even took away the packaging. We can’t wait to start using our new outdoor garden furniture (with fire pit). Thanks guys… top service! Excellent customer service from Jemma and Darren. I had looked for sometime to find a corner sofa set and it was excellent to be able to visit the showroom and see such a good selection. Jemma was extremely helpful with unbiased advise and even let us rearrange the showroom to reflect my garden 😊

Fabulous customer service. We found the same furniture elsewhere for same price but because of the great friendly service returned here to order. Sourced a matching set from elsewhere that they didn’t sell to go with what we were ordering. Delivered within a week. Small showroom but huge amount online and they will talk to you personally about any of it.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Everyone was helpful and friendly over the phone and so accommodating when it came to the delivery. We live in a town house and the only access was through a neighbour's garden and over an 8 foot wall! This was no problem to the team at all - they even delivered in the evening. The furniture itself (Kettler Palma mini) is beautiful and fits our modest town garden perfectly. We're looking forward to a bit more chilling time this Summer! Thank you again

Probably one of the best online shopping experiences I've had from start to finish. I always worry about buying furniture online, as bulky items are rarely delivered unblemished but now I know somewhere I can shop again with complete trust. A couple of minor snags were dealt with swiftly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Communication is excellent with immediate responses and prices are very, very competitive.
