Excellent service

Excellent service for a good price. The admin team were very friendly and prompt to respond to my queries and help me book the survey. The surveyor was very nice - she did a fantastic job and even arranged a call with me to talk through the major issues etc. I highly recommend them for their quick and efficient service.

Prompt and professional

Did the homebuyer survey within a couple of days of my request and had a report emailed to me next day. My request for a particular comment on he feasibility of a plumbing upgrade had been noted and passed on to the surveyor who gave me the information by telephone and in his report.
Very pleased with the service.

Really helpful and fast service asked…

Really helpful and fast service asked for a telephone call/verbal verdict before written report so we could proceed with house purchase
Only issue we had was that email went into trash!!!

Miller Metcalfe could not have been a…

Miller Metcalfe could not have been a better service. They dealt with my quote within 24 hours. Within the next 24 hours they had organised a time for the survey with the sellers, done the survey and come back to me with verbal feedback. The full report is to follow. I was very happy with the service and found them the most cost effective as well!

Home Buyers Survey Report.

Absolute dream from start to finish. Great communications from 1st contact through till completion. A very comprehensive home buyers written report accompanied by photographs. Even after receiving the report avenues were open to discuss any concerns. Highly recommended.
