Tim and Frances both had to be involved during our sale and they were outstanding, both professional and empathic. Tim also gave us support and advice on our purchase which was invaluable. From day 1 of us meeting Tim to our last message he was attentive and engaged. Having a WhatsApp group ensured we had speedy and responsive answers and action, I'm sure that couldn't be beaten. We're so pleased we chose this Independent very experienced Estate Agent as it was obvious both partners in the business cared and demonstrated enthusiasm and diligence.

We have had alot of ups and downs trying to secure our new home but Tim and Frances went above and beyond to support us through our very stressful journey!! My Father and I used Mockford and Hunt for the sale of my childhood home. The reason I was so keen to use them was because, my Dad had not bought or sold a house in 30 years - he was entirely new to the process, and I knew from my first conversation with Tim that he would guide my Dad through the situation with patience, and zero judgement. Tim and Frances held our hands through the sale, updating us both separately (me on whatsapp and my dad on the telephone) every step of the way. The sale wasn't simple - but it was the other estate agents in the chain who just didn't seem to be 'on the ball'. I think the most important emotion to feel towards an estate agent is trust - trust that they'll get the best deal for you, and trust they'll keep everything ticking along without you checking every other day. The trust we had in Frances and Tim was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone.
