Mortgage Style are professional and friendly.

I have raised several buy-to-let mortgages with Kelly Flannagan and Nicola Bright over the past four years or so. Other members of the team are also efficient and friendly.

Even during lock down and working from home they have provided a high level of service.

Cant praise these guys enough. I hadn't considered getting a mortgage advisor - there's so much you can read online that I wondered what value it would add - but we had a specific set of criteria and requirements and in the end going with Mortgage Style to help us navigate this was the best move I could have made. Simon was super professional from the start, phone calls were much appreciated and he was always prompt over email as well. He did a great job of answering my (many) questions clearly and simply so I always felt in control which is important when you consider the sums of money involved. Great efficient service! Highly recommend Mortgage Style

I contacted Mortgage Style as I have difficult work circumstances. My contract had been extended to 5 months into the future where normally they extend 3 months at a time. I also had a second job but I had had difficulties getting it considered.
I contacted late one night and was contacted the next day. The advice was fantastic and Simon was hopeful he could help with all situations. 2 days later in had a mortgage in principle so viewed the house I wanted. I made an offer the following Tuesday and had a mortgage approved a week later. It took less than 2 weeks all in all and I have felt very well looked after during this process. If you are struggling to find a mortgage that fits or have strange circumstances don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We are First time buyers, buying during the pandemic.
We were nervous with the lack of 10% mortgage options available as reported widely on the news.
It was worth speaking with Mortgage-Style who are obvs closer to thing. They helped in explaining the market, providing an AIP in less than 24 hours for us to put in genuine offers with estate agents right through to mortgage submission. It involved a lot of persistence and effort from Mortgage-style but they happily put in the work and we are pleased to say we received a mortgage offer yesterday!

Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others

Let me start by being positive. Initially everything looked good. Kelly was friendly and efficient - it was all going well. Then COVID struck and our circumstances changed. We now have a mortgage, so all should be good.

BUT - I had one instruction - I wanted an interest-only mortgage. We have ended up with a repayment mortgage from my bank, which I could have got direct, saving £350.

Did they do anything wrong - no. Did they achieve the one requirement that I made - no. Will I use them again - no.

Kelly was fantastic throughout the mortgage process. She secured us a great deal and provided exceptional customer service throughout.
