We used Mortgage Style Ltd for a remortgage on our residential property. Our mortgage specialist, Kelly and case manager Lorna were extremely efficient, polite and helpful throughout the whole process. Brilliant service from start to finish, despite us brining a number of false starts, changes of mind and properties lost to others along the way. Cannot fault the professional and personal service we received and will recommend to other people in the future.

We have had very positive experience with Kelly who was very professional in her approach but also attentive and reassuring when we have raised a mixture of concerns and required more advise throughout our process. Kelly was always responsive both via email and telephone and at times where we were unable to get through to Kelly straight away, we received great service from the reception desk and always received a call back shortly after. It has been a great help knowing that we have the support and advice we needed as first time buyers to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. Could not recommend Kelly enough during this time!

I am absolutely delighted to have finally received a mortgage offer. It was a rather long process both because of the slighly unusual property that I am purchasing and also i suspect because the lenders were all working remotely in lockdown but both Kelly and her team, Lorna and Emma were undeterred and were there to help and offer support every step of the way for which I am incredibly grateful.

Some of the best service experiences I've ever had from anyone.

Mortgage Style were very helpful from the start, gave us good advice and found a really good mortgage for us. They were always on hand to answer questions, even during lockdown. I doubt if we would have secured our new home without them !

I don't have a bad word to say about Mortgage Style. In a process that is so filled with delays and frustrating people to deal with, MS is a fresh change.
