Great service. I was able to reship my package in 24 hours and it arrived safely in a few days.

Had my mailbox account for a long time.
Service quality went up and down over the years but always sent and arrived.
Fees for regular shipping with tracking are a bit excess in my opinion to alternatives, but I still prefere them for the ability to consolidate, split and handle special requests (for additional fee).

Unfortunately the mymallbox shijping prices for international orders have become far too expensive which means I will not be able to use going forward which is a shame as I’ve used this company for years. It used to be extremely affordable to ship over from the usa to the uk.

It took slightly longer than expected to receive the parcel. Nonethless good service overall and good pricing.

I've been shipping with myMallBox for a few years now. It's a great way to get things in Canada that don't ship here. You just use the myMallBox address on your order and then it's easy to select shipping when it is arrived. The user interface is pretty easy. Shipping to Canada can be pricey, but I think that's everywhere.

I have had a mymallbox suite for a LONG time. I've recently started using it again cause I'm appreciating the quick response times on customer service questions. I continue to hope they will work hard to bring prices down on forward shipping to domestic addresses. Also, I hope they are working hard to makesure mail/packages aren't getting lost.

They are honest with the time that it would take for the requests to be done. Always packed my items carefully, and even gave me extra bags to wrap them when re-packaging (they even packed and marked my Taylor Swift conffetti!), my fav company to use for my purchases in the US. They used to only allow PayPal which was problematic since we can't use it in Korea, have yet to use the new system to pay via card.

I've used MyMallbox for several years, and haven't really had any issues with them. The prices are decent, though not cheap, and for my needs they work when forwarding and consolidating packages from the US to Canada. Their website is modern, and I've never really had to actually contact or speak to them directly. I have and will continue to use them based on my experience so far, and do recommend them to friends and family.

Very reliable, great service

I’ve used Mymallbox since around 2018 and while there have been some hiccups, the customer service has always been amazing and any issues get resolved asap. I’m able to ship lots of products to myself in the UK that I wouldn’t normally be able to buy from the USA and save a lot on shipping. It’s such a simple service to use and I love it :)

Works well for me, I haven’t had anything dramatic happen. I order small amounts of cosmetics from brands thet dont ship to Canada and I’ve found that ordering powder products and water transfer decals have caused me no grief
I read their list of items they won’t ship, so it’s unfortunate that they don’t use ground shipping for things like perfume and nail polish. But I just don’t order those things from the US.
Shipping times for my orders have always beed sent out within 2 days with no items missing or broken. I’ll keep using them until I find a comparable service that’ll ship perfumes or nail polish

I’ve been using this service for years and they are always helpful and consistent. If you live in Canada you know how much distributors are overcharging with increasing duties - this is a massive help.

A really nice and affordable way to get shipped your shopping from USa to Europe. Shipping costs are quite affordable and there are a couple of interesting features such as consolidate two or more packages into a single one or repacking a package in order to save space, weight and money. Customer care is also efficient.

The service has always worked reliably and is fairly priced. I've shipped a number of packages through myMallBox and have never had an issue. Will continue to use them for my package forwarding needs.

I have used myMallBox since 2019 to help with shipping my U.S. orders and parcels to me in the UK and I love using them because I can consolidate the parcels that come in and have storage up to 3 months and they always find the cheapest shipping rate for me.
