A total disaster

A total disaster. Ghost company with the worst customer service. They are useless. Stay far away from these liars and this scam.

Don't bother wasting your life, time or money on this joke of a company…

If I could give this monstrosity of a business a 0 star then I would!!
It's customer services are so slack and so slow you have more chances, to walk and go and get your parcels yourselves.
Was a good company up until 3 years ago. This company then went a bit dodgy. Had parcels go missing. You could only slate the company on twitter to get a reply from the lovely Dorthea. That poor woman has had a battering with all of the complaints. Not really useful and didn't get the outcome I wanted. But she tried her best. I went to another company fishisfast, Brilliant service, prices reasonable and they can explain all of the costs. Unlike mymallbox. They just charged whatever they like. Oh well mymallboxs loss,fishisfast gain.

great reliable company

i’ve used my mall box for 4 years and they’re great. amazing prices, customer service is good, i always hear back within a few hours of emailing. i’m not sure why these reviews are so bad but it’s not down to the company itself. i assume the warehouse they use has other companies there too and they’re facing all kinds of issues. or independent scammers use target people who use re shipping services. mymallbox is a great service and i recommend. please try to ignore these bad reviews when using mymallbox, they’re not relevant. i received my most recent package within 6 days from the US to the UK.

They legit have the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a company. From ridiculously long wait time, they ignore emails when you write them - they also just sent me someone elses package last week and now are ignoring me when I ask where my stuff is. Horrible service and once my suite is empty i will NEVER use them again

Stolen goods!
Will cut all contact with you!

You can try and get what you paid through PayPal back for shipping but your products/items will be stolen.

No idea how the company are still running! Absolute disgrace!

This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up or stolen products or whole parcels!
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE!

Nonexistent customer service! Stay Away! They repacked two of my parcels the same way they arrived but now they’ve doubled the weight (and consequently the price for me to pay per shipping costs). I have been trying to get an explanation for three weeks without any luck in getting an answer. RIDICULOUS!

A FRAUD

This company does not reply to any correspondence and doesn't work in a reasonable time.
Not to mention the fact that, several of the packages dissapear.
In my case, they stole my package in March 2021. It is not in "My Suite" anymore and, of course, no one contacted me. Shame on them.
I tried to contac with DARIUS BANASIK, the CEO of this company but, it was in vain. Same behaviour.
Not only MYMALLBOX is, quite honestly, the worst and least caring company ever with absolutely abominable service, but also they act fraudulently.
I decided to give a second chance to them after a bad experience the last year. Worse decision ever.
I invite to all you, victims of this fraudulent company to fill in a "Complaint Form" in your local Consumer Agency and to open a dispute in Paypal in order to get your money back.
Their competitors are much better. Dont waste your time and money with them.

Stay away

I've been using MyMallBox for nearly four years now and they've only gone downhill. If you complain on their Facebook page, they'll ask for your personal info in public only to tell you they can't find your email. If you give them clear instructions to consolidate certain received packages, they'll just completely ignore it and make your shipping costs go up by 20 dollar. Stay away from this company and if you don't believe me, go to their Facebook page.

hell yeah

simple, straightforward interaction with a clean, intuitive UI. it /did/ take like a month for my goods to arrive, but i've looked at the tracking information and done the math, and they clearly show that 80% of the wait time was because of customs-related delays /after/ mymallbox had shipped my crud, so, ain't gonna blame'em for that.

overall, a positive experience.

The Customer Service is awful

The Customer Service is awful! I feel like I don't have any other means to reach out to the customer service team who has completely ignored my emails regarding a lost package of mine for the last three weeks (there is no phone number to call so all you do is hope someone reads your email). My last correspondence was with Dorothea on April 20th and since then my 4 emails have not been replied too. I would just like an update even if they are still working on a solution.

This company are a total and utter…

This company are a total and utter disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves and hang their heads in shame, their customer service is appalling, i have been emailing this company for weeks with no response to my emails or tickets raised, all for a manual shipping request to return an order. I certainy will not be recommending anyone in the UK to be using them.

Very nice!

MyMallBox is the easiest to use website for shipping forwarding and consolidation that I have used so far! Their shipping isn't that expensive compared to other providers. Plus they don't care about the name on the package as long as the suite number is correct (had that problem with MyUS - was not easy to clear up there!) MyMallBox also stores your package for up to 3 months for free I think - and you don't need a membership. There's just a few dollars added on to your shipping total. They sent it ePacket so it was tracked the whole way to Canada.

Overall very fast experience.

Edit: Just noticed how many either 5 star or 1 star reviews this service has. I swear they had more on here lol.

Horrible

Horrible. There is no customer service team at all, check other reviews, you will get no response. They will receive your goods and then there will be NO way of shipping them to yourself as the website is unresponsive and then once it is over their 120 days they simply keep your goods.

They claimed my package wasn't received…

They claimed my package wasn't received even though tracking said it was delivered by USPS. Now apparently, I'm SOL and am on my own. Just plain awful, it's not worth the risk, and would not recommend anyone to use their service.
