Excellent forwarding company
I've been using mymallbox for years and have received exceptional service. I've never had any issues and it's been a lifesaver being able to have my parcels forwarded by them! Cannot recommend them enough.

If only i went here first
If only i went here first, before shipping my purchases to their warehouse...This would have saved me thousand of dollars...Indeed, they kept a watch that i ordered for me. First they said they can't ship it internationally and now they stopped answering. This is 100% scan. Stay far far far away from them.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I bought a luxury watch and they stole it. In fact after i paid them for reshipping, nothing happened...I emailed them: they first said they will have a look, and then they stopped answering. Never give your trust on a company that is out of reach (no phone number to reach them).

One of the worst shipping company , never trust any company that doesn’t have any help line or contact phone to reach them . This was the first time I used them and it would be my last time since they have lost my package that arrived to them about one month ago and after I requested shipping and charged me for the shipping cost , they never shipped my package and stole my money .

I ordered a laptop and (worst idea ever) asked for a delivery at Mymallbox. I was a little worried because although i know according to the tracking that the item has been delivered, they ignored me. So i call the police for investigation. It turns out that my package appeared magically in my suite. However they told me they can't reship it to me because it contains battery. They were also unable to send it back to the merchant for obscure reasons. Of course they are now ignoring me...I guess someone working a MMB is happy to have a brand new computer. So angry....

Scam company. I ordered a bunch of items to there location and I only received 2/5. I lost hundreds of dollars and from reviews online I am not the only one.
Scammers - beware!
Used them for maybe 2 years to ship sports cards. For the cheap cards, I had no issues. However, I bought a few more expensive ones —> $500-$1000 cards. Three of the four of those disappeared mysteriously and the fourth one I had to chase them to track the package. Either the company is stealing things or they are letting staff steal things. I emailed them and they said they never received the items and the items must have been accepted by the place next door. I saw my serial numbered card show up on eBay a few months later by some consignment seller.

I had always been weary of reviews of MyMallBox, as for 4 years I had nothing but amazing things to say! Always shipped on time, excellent prices, and my packages were always packed up nicely.
Until 2022, I presume they were sold off, because everything changed. Their prices skyrocketed, customer service, specifically from Yuliana- abysmal, and the care I had so appreciated, was completely gone.
My packages were being shipped out at a heinous price, but I could live with that at first because they had always been a wonderful company. Until the first package went missing. Ok, that’s fine, things happen! I hoped and waited for it to return to them, which it did- 2 months later. Now, in the meantime I send around 3 packages to myself, of which only 1 arrived. Ok, things are looking odd, but hopefully it won’t happen again. I finally send out the first package again, and would you know it, it got returned to sender- again (after 2 months once again). Only with a $5 incoming delivery fee? Something they never had before May or so of last year, and isn’t fair, as how could I know the tracking number of a returned package?
I’m not sure how many more times this happened while trying to actually receive my packages, but what I do know is that under the label of one of the packages they sent back out to me (shockingly without me paying for it!), it had a note from USPS saying they filled out the customs form incorrectly, and did not package it right the first time, as per is being returned to sender. I assume that’s what was written on the rest of my packages, but they just repacked it so I wouldn’t see their nonsense. Yuliana of course blames this on my address possibly being undeliverable, which is funny as the 4 years I used this company I never once changed my main address. And it’s also funny how 1 or 2 of the 6-7 packages I sent out, actually did get delivered. So tell me how it’s my address’ fault? Either way, due to the price change and the lack of customer service & care, I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again; something I did frequently.

Like many i have been scammed by this awful company. This is a ghost company. We receive your precious parcel, blame USPS saying they are responsible for the lost. And then, they never bother answering you again. Worst experience ever. The police and DoJ has both been warned. I don't like being scammed that way, just too awful.

Non existent customer service and…
Non existent customer service and 'dissapearing' items.
I had two packages delivered to that adress and asked to consolidate them. This actually worked fine but when I wanted to send the items to my home adress, I noticed a very high cost (triple the expected amount based on previous experiences)
I then noticed that the size of the package was substantially larger than it should be based on the sizes given to me by Fedex. So I started emailing, waiting, mailing again etc and never received an answer. After 6 weeks I decided to take my loss, never use this 'service' again and payed, just to receive my items.
Today i received my package and to my surprise it only contained 1 of the expected 8 items and the rest of the box was filled with paper and air. A lot of paper and air. I sent them another email but Im not expecting an answer.
Please, do not use Mymallbox for anything you would like to receive. There are plenty of trustworthy companies out there, this simply isnt one of them.
Run away this company
Run away this company. They intent to keep my package but I was very insisting and now They told me to split the package just because I have insisted and insisted, almost every day. But I’m still waiting they send me the package. The experience is very frustrating you just want your money back and forgot what you bought.
Lost package
Same story as everyone else. They either lost my package or an employee stole it. Both are concerning. USPS tracking shows it was delivered and left with an individual.
Contacted support a couple of times before getting a response and their response was that USPS sometimes marks as delivered and holds the mail so they can deliver in bulk. This is 20+ days since being marked as delivered. USPS does not do this. I reminded them that this was 20+ days. They then began to blame USPS saying it was a poor service and they sometimes deliver to the wrong address.
Meanwhile, it's not a bad enough service to inform customers to use a different service when shipping to myMallBox or stop myMallBox from using USPS for outbound customer shipments, so the blame shifting is hollow.
Additionally, they will not open an investigation with USPS or perform any investigation on their side. You are responsible for contacting USPS and going back and forth with myMallBox to get any relevant info to share with USPS.
Aweful company
Aweful company. They lost four parcels in a raw which i paid and offered no compensation. No phone number and nobody to answser the email. What a nightmare. Never again!

I have been a regular user of Mymallbox since 2009 to have my purchases shipped to Australia. I found the service provider to be good, that was up until the last couple of times that I have used them. On two separate occasions my parcels have gone missing along with their customer service. On both occasions I had received notification from the postal service that my items had been delivered to Mymallbox. Allowing sufficient time for Mymallbox to process my items after the postal services delivery notifications I contacted Mymallbox customer support to enquire about my delivered items. Mymallbox customer support replied denying that they had received my items. Even after I have sent them the parcel “delivered to address & left with an individual” notifications I had received from the postal service. They have made no effort to investigate the whereabouts of my items and refuse to accept that the items had actually been delivered.
The only response from them is that “they will notify me when my parcel is delivered” Considering my parcel was delivered to their address two week’s ago I find that comment to be unhelpful and dismissive.
This is the second time my parcels have gone missing when using Mymallbox & on both occasions I have received the same sub-standard level of customer support.
I will look for a more reliable shipping provider in the future

Awful...This company is the worst company i ever encounter...No contact, nothing...and of course once you packages reach them they will keep them for themselves and never bother answers Email. IT IS A FRAUD. 100% SCAM...STAY FAR AWAY IF U WANT TO BE SAFE.
