Doing a demand letter with them at the moment, and not happy. They sent the letter to the wrong place, and I have to pay an extra 30$ to re-send. One of the things that I clarified before hiring them, was if they have access to resources to find the correct sending address, to which they said yes. The biggest reason why I hired them, was because I couldn't find the address of the company I am dealing with. If I knew that they were just going to Google it same as me, then I would of not hired them.
Update: They sent the demand letter to the wrong address. I spoke to Marcus before the letter was sent out and confirmed the new address. The letter was still sent to the wrong address. I have to constantly follow up with them. I get it that they deal with higj end clients but they pretty much went M.I.A after payment was made.
Update August 4, 2024. They didn't do anything. I would avoid this company at all cost
