Following my first review on Neolegal, I received an email from TrustPilot informing me that Neolegal wanted to know more details about my experience with them. However, my first review had 563 words, not enough yet? However, the situation is very simple: I paid $390 to have a formal notice signed by a lawyer, but after almost 3 months I still haven't received anything. However, their website mentions fast service. We really don't have the same definition of speed. I did not ask to be represented by them at the Tribunal, but simply to have a formal notice. Call to customer service who tells me that they will contact the lawyer assigned to me, and no more feedback from him. At first, we say to ourselves that we must give them time to work, but as this time passes, we realize that nothing is happening and that they are having fun with me. I took my file in hand and I myself composed a formal notice and now I am in contact with the civil liability insurer of the opposing party. No Neolegal, I will not give you more information. I no longer have an ounce of confidence in you. It's a complete shame.

Neolegal has taken my money with next to know support. I’m not even convinced that the letter they provided was a legal document. It feels very much like a money grab. When I contacted them with more questions, they’ve just ignored me.

Scam and hidden fees!!!

I had one phone conversation never accessed the portal asked for a refund and was charged a 75$ fee. Do not give your services to these people. The loyalty service did not give me a number to call back it has been back in forward with an answering service... so frustrating!!

I contacted Neolegal in hopes that our issue with a fencing company would be resolved in a timely fashion and would be cost effective. I was pleased with the reasonable and affordable fees and how supportive everyone was throughout the whole process. The communication between the Neolegal team and myself was prompt and clear. I would recommend Neolegal to everyone who needs legal advice and a team who are supportive at reasonable prices.

I am very happy with the service I received. The price is reasonable, all things considered. I've recommended Neolegal to my friends and will probably continue to do so. If you face any legal concerns, seek out the help of Neolegal.

Totally useless service unless you only have a few questions to answer during consultation call! The lawyer on my case cut me off because he said he had another appointment despite the fact that it was supposed to be "unlimited!" When I asked what I was supposed to do for the letter they were supposed to put together he said "You want us to make you letter?" Acting all surprised as if I didn't pay for that? I asked him in confusion "didn't I pay for that? Wasn't it included?" He said YES BUT, I thought you just wanted a consult. After me guessing the next steps and him agreeing, he quickly got off the phone so I had to post a few remaining questions on their online site where my "lawyer" was supposed to answer them yet he never responded even once! I called them to ask what the deal was and they didn't make any efforts to resolve anything. The person I spoke to only said my "lawyer" was "waiting for my documents." So I guess my time ran out! I still have PLENTY of questions un-answered and I am left having to find a more competent lawyer that actually likes him job!

A real scam. Works on charging you and not delivering and then makes huge problem to get a refund. Do not use them it’s a slimy scam! Call the law society and your bank

Paid for a service, had one call with a lawyer. A month has gone by and I haven't received any follow ups, I've tried calling and emailing multiple times and have been ignored. They have an online system through which I'm supposed to be able to contact the lawyer, which doesn't appear to work. Feels like a scam, avoid.

I enlisted Neolegal to draw up a demand letter and file a case through small claims court. This was in early March. I am still waiting for the court filing. Having a tardy solicitor who doesn't seem to care on my case. Have vocalized my frustrations and thus far nothing's improved. Why does it take two months for a simple thing is beyond me. I could have done this myself.

I decided to start my company and it was a bit difficult for me because I do not have any skill on this. So I decided to make some research on the net and I found them, at the first contact, I understood I was in a good hands, For $699, they took care of everything and one week after, my company was founded, it makes me feel so good to find honest people like them to help us online, they offer a lot of legal services at a reasonnable price, yes I do recommand Neolegal for all your legals need!
