I would give them a zero rating, if possible. Received a demand letter from this law firm. To begin with the address cited in the letter was incorrect, the letter was full of spelling mistakes, all the allegations were without dates, times and places. In addition, the letter was not signed by the lawyer, just initialized. I made numerous written requests for more information concerning this demand letter. All went unanswered. After consulting my own lawyer, I was informed that this is a highly disreputable firm. Impossible to communicate with anyone without first giving them your credit number.

I POSTED A NEGATIVE COMMENT IN EARLY MARCH IN WHICH THEY BEGGED ME TO REMOVE SINCE WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT 🤝 FOR REIMBURSEMENT WHICH WAS ONLY HALF OF THE $600 PAID I HAD CANCELED WITHIN 48 HRS AND THEY ROBBED ME $300. SO I BIT THE BULLET AND TOOK HALF OF THE REIMBURSEMENT.

IT IS NOW APRIL 9 AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED! ITS BEEN 1 MONTH!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BULL CRAP 💩 COMPANY AND HIRE A REAL LAWYER

STAY AWAY! They will tell you whatever it takes to get your credit card info and then leave you stranded and searching for answers. If you do track down. Lawyer, they’ll send an email on your behalf and that’s “all they can do”. Prosecutors don’t even reply to them leaving you on your own. Total scam!! The reviews don’t lie…

On Friday March 8, I called, explained my situation and a junior lawyer or legal student called me back. I explained in great detail what I needed and specifically added that I was not interested in paying their 144$ + taxes if no one could help me. After I sent him a judgement and summary of my "defence", this same person called me back and told me that one of their lawyers was able to help.

This morning, I sent an email acception to pay the fee on the condition that a lawyer can help. Well, they replied to my email stating that they did NOT specialize in what I asked for!!!!!

THANK GOD I did not pay on Friday when that junior asked to because my file was urgent! I categorize them as awful as Droit Legal and the legal firms that sell their services for a "cheap" fee!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Do NOT waste your money on these useless clowns. All these positive reviews read like they’re fake as hell, pretty sure they spend more on google ads than anything else. Just pay the ticket or fight it yourself.

On the web page you can read:Simple, quick and economical. Its not true....It's waist of money. We have a problem and we would like to solve it but they don't do anything. Only filling up a forms that you can fill buy yourself. So basically you pay 300$ for no help. The consultation with their lawyer are only to tell you that they are helping you with your file, and you need to find a real good lawyer. Dont waist your money and go talk to a real lawyer.

My lawyer was pleasant, accommodating, took her time and did not rush the meeting. I felt confident after speaking to her that she will get the results I am hoping for.

STAYAWAY AL ALL COST from these Peoples they asked me f0r 1300 plus taxes for fees to prepare a files to go to court trouble is after you pay they start a series of documents we didnt know snce the strat we ever needed so almost impossibles to get most of them !

i tried complying with all there demands once a did near the due date they inform me they arent good because they should have been made by other experts thing they never told me in the first place this practice should be illegal its a shop for stealing peoples money and get away with it !i then started to read the coments peoples are leaving on here should have done this before hand my bad
I then asked then to get my money back since they missed informed me on all the line only to be told that they would give me back only 196 dollars what a croc trust me ill brigh these guys to the barreau du quebec and bureau des plaintes on top of in court to get my money back and what ever they can give me for the loos of my cause in court ,,,,,,DO NOT BISSINESS WITY NEOLEGAL AT YOUR OWN RISK!

update from last review , this place is so bad ,mistake after mistake with no remorse -- customer service is non existence -- they can deny it all they want , they never follow up on your calls --latest thing they did , was once again they promise to serve the documents -- it was all set up --except the server never showed up -- 36 hours later the server called me and told me he had to cancel the appointment --which he notified neo legal two days prior -- not one person called me to tell me of the cancellation --i was furious call at least 12 times and left messages and left many messages on their '''best way to contact us use our portal system ''''nobody called back --complete waste of money -- do not use this place for anything --it is a pure scam --- you never get a straight answer from anyone --- they will just hang up on you ----

Absolute garbage if you have money to throw away they will gladly collect it they don’t speak English or French they speak moolah , cash , Ching Ching any language including your pocket going dry & to hell with your problems we got your money haha ! I’m judging this by a over one month relationship with them that they only contacted me for more & more money never about any progress they could “ legally “ help with & I haven’t advanced a inch my job thinks I was screwed by a comic law firm I’m humiliated & lost 65,000 dollars I was better off just letting the culprit keep the money of course like all the others they will have a rebuttal that their innocent who would write all this for entertainment not someone who has to work open to close everyday to live & give it away to Neo Legal ! The screwed up my phone meeting 3 damn times I had to loose pay from my job on top of it the first time they never called then booked me a emergency supposedly appointment for the 14 th of February then anonymously called me with no prior notice at my work where I lost more money then called me to tell me if I don’t make the supposed to be cancelled appointment THEY WILL POCKET 95 more dollars on top of the 400 I paid for a garbage looking demand letter then told me out of their kindness come on they will not charge me ! Mind you they’re screw ups are free they advised me to send the ugly 400 dollar letter at my expense another 23 dollars then wrote me to say no no we need to send it professionally so we need 20 more dollars then for 443 dollars lost I can’t get a clean demand letter nor a English version for a freakin anglophone guess what that’s another 75 dollars but do u see all their mistakes are on the house FREEEEEEEEEE ! Typical their humans . Guess what the culprit owing me the money is laughing at me for going to a terrible law firm that can’t even send a clean copy or put their name on it I’m so screwed I don’t even want to live knowing how deceitful people are for cash !!!!

P.S Before you think I’m lying I want to mention I politely called & tried to get on the same page several times but I’ve been rudely responded & made to feel like a draft letter smudged was back breaking labour & 443 dollars is pennies ! P.S it’s June 22 i called a real life lawyer Alepin Gauthier the minute I told them what Neo Legal did they told me that’s their business to send a bogus demand letter that everyone laughs at because they don’t have a good reputation at all !

Neo Legal writes these responses to pretend they want to resolve issues with them in reality they could care less ask anybody who used their services !
