After experiencing communication challenges and setbacks, Bobby and his team—particularly Liam, who went above and beyond by canceling his Friday night and Saturday plans to drive a minibus from Gateshead to Wales—demonstrated exceptional dedication. Their efforts went far beyond their usual responsibilities, especially considering that the real shortcomings came from individuals at a higher level.
