Excellent customer service
After a nightmare few days of vans breaking down, Northgate stepped in and supplied us with our requirements. Jen at the blaydon depot kept us informed on a regular basis, explaining everything thoroughly. Jen was very welcoming and just made the process so smooth. From explaining who to contact in the event of a breakdown, puncture , cracked windscreen etc, we left feeling assured that Northgate will look after us.
Well done to Jen for providing outstanding customer service.

Awful experience with the Blaydon…
Awful experience with the Blaydon branch. I would of been a life long client with Northgate but the customer service level there is 1 out of 10. (1 is being kind). So pleased my van lease is over after a catalogue of internal mistakes. I don't have the energy to list them. On the plus side the speed at which they issue you with an invoice is exceptional. There are much better companies out there that actually want your business. Makes me exceptionally grateful for the team I have in my own business.
