Brent Cross always go the extra mile to help
The guys at Brent Cross are always great and always go the extra mile to help. Adam, Des and 1 other guy who sits next to them at reception forgot his name but can’t forget to mention him also. This time I was here for the van MOT rather than have me wait around and delay jobs they managed to get me a like for like van and got me back on the road straight away with a nice coffee to take with me. Thanks again for the consist help when ever needed

I would love to thank Ben and the team at Brent Cross. I hired a car from them for 2 weeks whilst my car was being fixed. Ben was great and explained all the aspects of the loan car to me as I had never driven an automatic before. The process was quick and painless. I would recommend to anyone hiring a vehicle form them.

Adam and Uncle Colin were wonderfully helpful and so generous with their time.
Adam made sure that I was 100% comfortable with the car before I drove away. He worked very hard to make sure that I came away with a hire car that was right for me.

The customer service at northgate, is second to none. we have had a few issues with our hire van. but clare at the brentcross branch, has been very helpfull, and pushed hard to resolve our problem,and kept us up to date. Its been a pleasure to deal with a team that cares.

Excellent customer support & Teamwork
Having had a vehicle breakdown and recovery late in the day, the team at Northgate Brent Cross, Anil , Claire, Adam, Ricky, Ben and a special shout to Desmond, went above and beyond when they had no loan vehicle available for my driver.
They knew our driver had been waiting some time and in order to get him back to site, Desmond kindly dropped him off in his own car so we could then get him in a replacement home.
Claire was calling with updates as were the Hire desk - what a rallying for a great bit of customer service.
