2 Hour Wait
I’ve been sat in reception, for 2 hours now.
What have I been waiting for?
Drop my van off for a service and to pick up a loan van. That’s it. That’s all. 2 hours sat here, while the staff have argued amongst themselves and everyone that needs to do the next step, in the very complicated process of procuring a loan vehicle, is on lunch or unavailable.
