Kev at Croydon is a star
This is our second van contract we have taken with Northgate for long term hire. This last couple of days i have dealing with Kev at the Croydon Depot regarding collection arrangements and he has been extremely helpful, friendly and went the extra mile with customer service. Highly recommended.

This is a massive change of events...
This is a massive change of events down at Northgate.It used to be really slow and there were no spare vans available when need.Whereas now the guy seemed to be a lot more efficient.They have the workshop.And the parking facilities a lot tidier.This way there are less queues and more vehicles to go out

Second time the van has been returned…
Second time the van has been returned to depot, no replacement and no time frame as to when it will be fixed last time it took over two weeks. Communications are dreadful

I understand your frustrations at the lack of replacement vehicles and the time taken to repair, but unfortunately with the extreme demands of vehicle availability on our fleet, due to the strain on the industry, we are stretched to the limit in providing replacement vehicles to our customers.

I don't always feel that we always…
I don't always feel that we always recognise staff when they go that extra mile to help to resolve issues over the last week I've had several issues with our fleet, yet Croydon's rental manager Alika has gone above and beyond and has kept me in constant communication with updates which allowed me to focus on other things

5 star service as always, can't fault them with the service we receive from them.
Richard and the team always go out of their way to help and support us and give 100% commitment to getting us going again as quick as they can.
