Natasha Wells at Egham branch was dealing with my van issue, she smoothly organised my hire van engine oil top up, and the same time she checked if anything else was needed to be done, and luckily she found out that my van had a recall regarding steering column moving parts to be assessed and secured. All done at one visit , which saved me another visit to the workshop. Thank you Team Egham.
