A massive thank you to Steph Masey in Egham. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help me. Recently in a dilemma due to Stephen Carter’s lack of communication and efficiency, meant a van I required for a certain date after giving 2 months notice wasn’t fulfilled. So the day I was due to collect the van, no one knew anything about it. He avoided my calls and went off radar, safe to say he is useless.
But after speaking with Steph she sorted everything out for me quickly, constantly kept me updated and arranged everything I needed as quickly as she could. She really is a credit to the northgate company! Thanks again!

By being more organised. I booked for my pickup to have a service and new tyres waited 3 hours to be told we only had an oil filter can you phone back in a few days and book in again the pickup to finish the service

A three-hour wait followed by the branch asking you to come back in a few days is understandably frustrating, I know its currently a busy time for our Workshops however this should not deter from the usual 5* service in which we aim to deliver.

Never hire from Northgate !
Requested a van through insurance didn’t even turn up for given date and time and there’s not communication from Egham van hire branch. Got a call next day that we will deliver today after getting the van the van condition was filthy wasn’t clean at all smells of alcohol and other substances when I requested for a replacement lady on the other side of the phone said we only have 1 van i whole branch and we can’t help you at all and deal with it yourself.
I couldn’t go to work and lost £600 because of poor customer service given by this company.
You guys should be closed by now if you can’t provide great service.
