Northgate Egham Branch
Order a replacement van for work first they cancelled the appointment which was about to delivered and then they tried to deliver next day, the van was filthy full of dust and uncleaned feels like some homeless is living in the van before they handed me.
I called Northgate Vehicle Hire, Egham branch to sort this out they said we only have one van left which we gave it to you and we don't have anything.
Awful customer experience from these lot, day light robbers never ever hire from this branch.
Zero customer skills.

My van FG69ZVD broke down last night at 8.30 pm 25th May
Reported to RAC who didn’t turn up
Waited until 11.30 pm still no show
Called RAC again this morning at 07.30 and have been told to wait until 12.30… Called Northgate Egham for a replacement vehicle and then to be told they have no vans!!!! Fantastic outfit I must say.. so now I have to hire a vehicle from BTC van hire to continue my business today
Think twice before you hire a vehicle from Northgate that’s if you want to keep your business running!!!!

To have full service then had to come back on the Monday for my van to be tracked while I was there the staff are amazing so kind, always smiling + having a laugh mainly Steph.
Then had EML light pop on the van and Steph got it straight into the workshop for the problem to be resolved. The team at front desk are very helpful. I recommend highly…

Arrived first thing in the morning and was greeted by Steph at the egham branch. The only thing better than her incredible customer service, efficiency and care in her work was the smile on her face. Steph is an absolute credit to the company as I have previously had bad experiences with Northgate.
