Nice service
I found Natasha Wells to be very helpful and kept me updated on the current status of the van repairs.
The reception was very clean and tidy .
As was the toilet.
I was offered coffee several occasions by staff and shown how to use the machine.
A nice experience whilst waiting .

Northgate customer service and rescue at night tkme
I have been served today by Natasha Wells who welcomed me at Egham for my major service today...
She is very welcoming and helpful. Excellent customer service.
I have always been supportive of Northgate Egham as we were a customer before and moved away to another company due to costs..
We are now back to Northgate.
A couple of weeks ago my colleague blew a tyre north of Stoke on Trent on a Sunday morning early hours...
She was scared and your rescue team was fantastic, communication was excellent and they looked for a spare tyre first, could not find one.They called her and apologised and organised to rescue her and tow her car all the way down to Rugby where she lives...They kept in touch with her at all times,reassured her...
I have been working nights on the road for over 20 years and so happy with what Northgate does...

My vehicle was booked in for a service on Weds 28th Jan, I realised I couldn’t make it due to a family problem, phoned the branch at midday on Tuesday 27th to see if they could help and my van was up and on the ramp within the hour, and service completed by 2:30pm, very much appreciated and helped me greatly, thanks to Jason in the workshop and the rest of the team, a simple gesture that saved me a major problem.

Amazing service
Natasha Wells at Northgate Egham was amazing with the help she provided for me when my van went in for its service. She checked wether there was any little issues that needed to be looked at, kept me informed through out the whole service and was even helpful regarding a tyre booking that the phone booking line made a mistake when not realising the Egham depot did tyres as well, so arranged the tyres to be done and cancelled the other booking with the other garage for me. Can not rate my experience high enough and especially the help Natasha gave me.
