Issues with the adBlue
I've had many issues with the adBlue sensor on my van and it's been in and out of other branches and also RAC coming out to fix, but all that happens is the fault gets reset and sent on my way.
Today I came to the Ex branch and Barry identified the issue straight away and took the van in straight away for repair.

First I want to say how brilliant this…
First I want to say how brilliant this depot is, for the past 2 times in 3 months I’ve been welcomed by the Ginger beard guy, Luke. Even at 8am when I walked in he was jolly instead of a serious person as I walked in, I asked where he got the happyness from so early in the morning, he said “I always looks on the positive side of life” so I tried that for the rest of the day, however all I can say is “other road users” and that positivity quickly wore off. I came in for a MOT and a service, and within 20 min I was walking round my loan van, Luke made sure I was happy. And answered any questions I could come up with. His jokes were so bad I was in stitches, which really made my day.
I was going to be going to Bristol branch. However by chance of my work, I was near Exeter and I decided to have it all done here. I’m so pleased, both Barry and Ian served me on the Mechanical side, and Barry has a good sense of humour too.
They were quick and nippy, Luke even confirmed that I had my fuel card and which I did leave in my van. So with 5 min he was back and I was off.
Definitely a better branch than a few I’ve been too. And in future I will try to get my work done by them.

Northgate Exeter have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve got a Northgate vehicle and the service from my local agent wasn’t anywhere near as good as here. The guys here have been incredibly accommodating, helpful, and generally go above and beyond to do whatever they can. I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Great service and quick too!
My hire van was experiencing brake issues. I was given solid advice over the phone to call the RAC who were out within an hour. They advised to take van to the depot. Took it in 3 o’clock and had a call next day in the morning to advise all pads replaced and van was ready to go!

Had my company van booked in for MOT, smooth handover to Barry @ 0800 who in turn sorted the replacement van for the day.
All sorted by 1530 and nice and quick hand back. Very happy.

Great personal service
Taking my company van in for a MOT into Exeter Northgate they didn't have suitable hire vans for me to use to get back to the office so Luke dropped me off.
Later on he drove my van back to me to deliver it personally. That really was a great help to me and saved a lot of to'ing and fro'ing. He was really polite and helpful.

'REDUCE OIL LEVEL'
I accidentally put too much oil in my van so I had a warning reduce oil light come on my dashboard, I visited the Exeter branch and the branch manager Ali was so helpful he got his technician Graham to reduce the oil level for me. I couldn't believe how helpful they were. Thanks again guys.

I understand your frustrations at the time taken to repair, but our policy is that if a maintenance event is scheduled to take two hours or less, you shouldn’t expect to receive a courtesy vehicle, but if we’re going to need the vehicle for more than two hours, then we can offer you a courtesy vehicle subject to availability.
