I can't thank Amber at Northgate Glasgow for all her help, my vehicle went down this week with a fuel leak and being a vehicle down was impacting my operation significantly as with the work we undertake, our vehicles require specific markings and with no such vehicles being available in branch, Amber was able to pull out all the stops and get a vehicle from another branch to keep us going - 5 star service!

Great Customer Service
We have been using Northgate for a number of years and found them flexible and reliable. We are a UK wide business with a number of vehicles spread across the UK. I have found the Glasgow Depot very efficient and in particular Amber Ferguson who seems to be very focused and efficient on our new vehicle orders and deliveries. Over the last Month she has been key in coordinating vehicle movements for us across the country and has been working with other teams and depots to ensure we are kept informed and the work is done effectively and efficiently. Amber is a great asset to Northgate. This week Amber also went above and beyond again by helping find a car for a driver that was previously unavailable. So I'm upgrading this review to 5 *'s

Our company have been using Northgate now for our fleet vans for almost a year now. We have 12 vans on hire and can honestly say they are a dream to work with. John Mc. the workshop manager, is very reliable and responsive.

We have a number of sites based in Scotland and use Glasgow depot to supply and look after a large number of vans. The service has always been 5 star and seamless. Amber Ferguson has always been happy to assist and arrange lead in vehicles at late notice to be delivered quickly and efficiently and when a vehicle has a fault has always been happy to arrange cover and get the issue rectified. Would highly recommend for any business.
