Just had a van repaired in Northgate Glasgow and i cannot Thank Amber (Hire desk) and John (Workshop) for the quick turn around
The parts were ordered before our vehicle arrived our driver went in was given a vehicle to carry on his work John and his team in workshop carried out repairs and vehicle now back on the road
We were kept in communication all the way through the job

I was having problems for my company…
I was having problems for my company regarding a hire van. No one was helping getting passed from pillar to post. Until Amber Ferguson t the Glasgow branch of Northgate stepped in and she could not have been more helpful, got it all sorted in one day. The service she provided was outstanding. If it was not for her the company were off - hiring the 3 vans we currently have on hire with Northgate and were going elsewhere.

Fantastic service from start to finish !
I hired a van last week for a couple of days and was delighted to be served at Northgate mainly by Amber who was very professional and helpful throughout. Very easy going and knowledgeable, sorted all the forms for us and gave advice where needed. The van was great also - a smooth runner with plenty of room and barely over a few thousand miles on the clock.
If i was looking to hire again in the future i would happily return as all of the staff involved in the process have been a great help !

We as a company would always highly recommend Northgate in Glasgow as their customer service is amazing, All the staff are welcoming and very friendly to all that walk through the door, we at ISS have always been completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
Amber Ferguson and her team are doing an amazing job at the Glasgow branch and are extremely helpful and go above an beyond to help there customers which is one of the qualities we like about Northgate.
just the other week the vehicle I was driving had to go in to the depot in Glasgow for some minor repairs and I was given a temporary loan vehicle which was a car, I advised the staff that it wasn't suitable for our type of work but was the only option that was available at the time, Amber them emailed me directly on the Saturday morning to say my vehicle was ready for collection and advised me of the closing times for the Glasgow branch. Amber then worked with me and arranged everything in order for me to make my way and swap the vehicles back over before closing.
I can't thank Amber enough for all that she has done for us here at ISS, she is an absolute credit to your company and is an amazing person to deal with, her professionalism is second to none.

The workshop team are great, especially John McLaughlin the workshop Manager who always goes above and beyond to sort out any problems we have with our vans, he is very helpful and will do all he can to fix any issues we are experiencing.
