The staff members were all extremely polite and professional. The whole process was very quick with no issues at all. The van we hired was exactly what we required to get the job done. Overall I am extremely impressed with the service and staff .

Just wated to call out the excellent service from Ste and Duncan at Northgate Leeds. I needed a car very quickly for a week which they were able to provide, but even better than that, I needed it the following week as well but only told them on Friday. Great Customer Service.

Brought my van in to sort out a knocking noise and the girls and Paul were very helpful when Paul noticed it was a 67 plate he arranged for me to be changed over to a 73 plate so I left there very happy

Appalling company. Left hand has no clue what the right is doing. From the call centre to the branches you get fed BS!
Trying to get an appointment is worse than getting in to the Doctors!
Would not recommend this as a place to use to my worst enemy

Even before we arrived at Leeds Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained all the steps involved and continued to be helpful and cheerful once we got to her depot . As was the young blonde girl (who's name I didn't get) . Both of whom outshine other customer service agents we tend to have to deal with

Went in with hire van I had from them 5 hours later they said it was fine now got 2 miles down road same problem had to go back to garage to wait another 45mins to swop vehicle all the 4 staff at reception have no customer service skills at all they are always on there phones I am now in my 6th van about 4 weeks later and they tried to give me it with a flat tyre until rac told him no fuel and it's so clean you get a wash when you get out of van stay clear from leeds branch I don't know what the rest of branches are like but this company don't care when you ring up head office they say put the complaint in email and still nothing has happened I wish I could post the pics of the state of the van inside as you would see the real way northgate leeds operate

Trying to book a van in for a service into the Leeds workshop is proving an impossible thing to do! I can't get through on the phone because no one pick it up, then being passed around for 10 minutes by someone at Darlington, and then Leeds don't reply to emails!
