Experiences was great from start to…
Experiences was great from start to finish with Toby dealing with us and sorting out the needs for our business . Must admit very prompt from when we had a discussion to having a phone call literally hour later putting us at ease as he has sorted our request .
Knowing this is how they operate out of plymouth puts us at ease to do business with them aswell in the future .

Phoned the Plymouth depot and booked…
Phoned the Plymouth depot and booked van in for Tyres, then I had to cancel and reschedule the appointment Ali was very helpful with accommodating my company’s needs and rebooked me in the next day , upon arrival I was dealt with very promptly and professionally and was on my way in no time .

Company Van went in for MOT
Company Van went in for MOT, major service and repair of various defects!
Staff were very pleasant and I was attended to quickly on arrival
It was a pity that they weren’t able to offer me a similar vehicle, as I ended up with a huge Iveco box van which was the main reason I didn’t score 5 out of 5.
My only other complaint was that on collection of my van, I found that it hadn’t been cleaned!
Overall though, the staff were a credit to Northgate. Well done guys

I had an issue with a van a long way from home
I had an issue with my van which resulted in me having to stay overnight in Lee mill. Kev, Ali, Will and all the team at Northgate Plymouth were beyond helpful. Even ringing round taxi firms and local pubs to find me a place to stay for the night. I cannot thank them enough!
