The staff at the branch were jointly supportive during branch visit due to my long term hire requiring maintenance.
I felt valued by being sympathetically scheduled to minimise my disruption and well-informed during the visit and when a revisit was then required a replacement vehicle was preempted.
I think the receptionists were exceptional!

Appalling service
Appalling service, failure on van of ad blue sensor, van off the road for 6 weeks, have a spare but my van is racked and has vents allowing transportation of refrigerants. Have to wait 45 minutes just to get access to the van to collect a tool.

Outstanding customer service
My van had a warning for an adblue system fault and was to go into speed limited condition imminently.
I took the van unannounced to the Plymouth Northgate depot late Friday afternoon 24.9.21, I explained to the gent I needed the van for an upcoming repair job and could not afford to be without it.
He had a technician have a quick look but it was soon apparent it needed to go to the local Mercedes dealership. We discussed this and he called the Plymouth Mercedes branch and explained our van was a mobile workshop etc etc but the best they could do was minimum of 10 days to look at it and would not allow me to wait around. He then called the Exeter branch of Mercedes again explained with great detail how I was in need of the van etc etc. Mercedes agreed if I could get the van to them on the Monday 10am and I could wait for it if needed. As it happens a colleague collected me and we achieved some outstanding jobs.
Anyway I was really impressed with the Gent from Northgate and I had the feeling he would have moved heaven and earth to help us. From what I have come to understand he is usually in the Exeter depot of Northgate but was covering in Plymouth on that day, His name was Ali Sharpe.
