Great, caring team.
My rental van had an electrical issue so i called my local branch (Sheffield). Emily took the call and was professional, competent, diligent and caring throughout the process of getting the vehicle collected and returned to the workshop. She kept me updated on the progress throughout the situation and I collected the fixed vehicle the following day. Definitely worth 6 stars if that was possible. shout out to Emma too who took care of me when I collected the vehicle, such a wonderful team at Northgate Sheffield. Thank you.

5 Star and a moon to team Sheffield
I had a Friendly greening from Emma as I came in the dealership as she remember my face from an earlier visit. Very prompt service and great with customers.
As oil was leaking from my engine that had just been replaced by Peugeot I was rather annoyed. Jordon fitted a new sump plug and washer the the van and this solved the oil leak. Jordan took me through into the workshop to show me this and got my straight back on the road so I didn’t miss any of my appointments.
