This was our first time using Northgate van hire at Stockton, we arrived the vans were ready and waiting for us to collect, the paperwork went smoothly and any issues Chris dealt with in a professional , polite manor. On return we received the same excellent treatment. If we need this service again we would use Northgate and recommend others to do so.

Wonderful team
My work van has had lots of problems that made me a regular visitor to the Stockton branch. Chris and Amanda on the front desk are always so kind, happy and caring and always make me feel better and relaxed when I have an issue that it will be resolved. If there was a bigger issue they took the time to update me over the phone regularly if something had changed or they had found a different way to repair.
The workshop team became familiar with my van as well and would come and chat to me about the issue I was having and update me on what could be causing it and explained things to me in a simple way so that I could inform my company of what was happening.
