As always a very warm welcome when I arrived and walked me through thr paperwork and what would happen.
Craig the technician was fantastic explained the service and checks done and why it's handled differently being a hybrid.
Overall outstanding service and wouldn't go to any other branch.

Customer Service is exceptional
I've visited Northgate in Stockton a few times for servicing, the odd little fault, replacement vehicle etc, the staff who I deal with the most Amanda and Chris are always great, always helpful, they bend over backwards to sort things out,you really don't need to change anything.

Work Van Visit
I visited for the first time last week and again today, my first time dropping off a works van and putting it in for a service. Both Chris and Amanda instantly made me feel at ease with their patience and kindness with what they required from me. They were both in good spirits which made the interaction even better, especially at this time of year! Incredible customer service from both and I look forward to bringing the van in the next time
