As always. First class service. Friendly at reception. They’re both great with people, the lady, and the gentleman there. I recognise that we all need our vehicles up and running as soon as, however, I feel the staff handle people very sensitively regarding this. Always keep in contact advising updates, then, in turn, I keep my boss in the picture.
Friendly banter amongst staff, and staff and customers is evident, and most welcome. A cracking effort all round.

Been coming to the Northgate Stockton branch for quite a few years and the service from Chris & Amanda has always been excellent, they are both so friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile with customer service. I'd say they treat you more as a very good friend rather than a customer, it's certainly more of a pleasure visiting the branch rather than a chore like some other companies I have to visit. I'd have no problem in recommending anyone to use the branch.

Dreadful service from Stockton branch. A company who got greedy and closed local centres to make money and not care about customers. Customer service and account management over 5 years was dreadful.

I have my vehicle booked in for a MOT. The staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. They even sorted me out an alternate vehicle as the electric one that had been allocated to me! Was not fit for my needs!

Fantastic experience at northgate stockton. Very informative and polite staff, Inparticularly Amanda and Chris who have such a friendly personalities and clearly are extremely competent. Someone give them a pay rise before NASA or GOOGLE snap them up.
